My next goal: to keep total sugar count to below 45 per day and fat below 40 per day or 1/3 or the total composition (whichever is lower).. I've been really good at getting to the gym even when I'm tired or don't want to. On those days, I reward myself just with weight training and only a bit of cardio.. but tomorrow I'm going to do a crazy overhaul and try to run a mile without jogging and do some HIIT, before going to write my paper...
