I found my post where I said I would eat only 86 grams of fat. I need to make sure that happens. I am eating way too much fat.

2.4 miles @ 7mph
barbell bent-over row (155) 20 times
push press (105) 20 times
clean (45) 20 times
ab-wheel rollout from knees 20 times
5 pull-up 3 in a row and then 2 in a row

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 July 2012:

You are doing really well on protein though and much better about tracking your calorie intake. I have trouble getting enough protein in the day and I don't enjoy most protein shakes or bars. Good job on your fat goal for the past two days. :)
