When I started this 2 years ago I think, I fell off track hard. I found a new nutritionist that gave me a realistic view and taught me more than my previous nutritionist. Last nutritionist gave me vague info that I already knew. This new nutritionist, gave me options and better education on what I can eat to lose weight. I have lost 19.5 lbs so far. The first 10 lbs I lost was in the hospital for almost a week (kidney stones). The rest has been, thanks to healthy eating. Setting a realistic goal, comes quicker and motivates me to stick to it. I'm slightly past the midpoint to my goal. My new goal is to implement exercise. Due to medical issues, this is a challenge but I have the time and must implement this.
