Oh wow. Blood Sugar was 74 today after ride. Had to supplement with 1 cup Central Market Organic Apple Juice (29 net carbs, include some banana, and some Triple Berry mix, and pushed my Net carbs for the day at 60. And will probably still eat some green beans for snack tonight. Bummed. Something's wrong with my body going into a ketogenic state. My body wants to use glucose for fuel. Perhaps, I just should have eaten something before the ride. That Cauliflower Egg Bowl (5 net carbs). My blood sugar is staying 30 points low, and today 74 is too low.

After some quick apple juice and half glass banana - berry smoothie blood sugar went to 115. It hasn't been above 95 since I started this. But, it cose me. Today 60 net carbs.

Very, very disappointed, because this is very low blood sugar and Keto may not work, also the last time I weighed in, only a few pounds had been taken off. After over 70 gm of net carbs this evening, fasting BS the next morning was still at 91.

Not sure what to do about the sugar levels. Read up on this. Figure out what's going on.
