I started this Keto thing because so far, nothing else has worked. I do feel great, and not bloated. I found that often when consuming bread or wheat I would get very bloated and uncomfortable. I do have a hard time following the diet while at home. I miss crunchy snacks. Night time is really the danger zone for me, I get a strong urge to snack. I tried pork rinds, but truthfully I don't really like them. I need to find an alternative that is shelf stable. Mostly I am happy that my weight is going in the right direction.
My goal is at least 20lbs by then end of July.
