I am only going to weigh my self once every two weeks the everyday thing was making me crazy . I also made my kids funnel cakes today and in a moment of weakness i made one for myself as well .I walked for hours after and i will walk some more soon too .I deserve better than week momments but i keep having them. At least I didn't eat the whole thing and i didn't make myself a giant one like i would have in the past .So I guess it's a tiny victory .

There are so many tempting foods. Nothing wrong with treating yourself every once in a while. Moderation is key.
