as of today it is 6 days of doing body beast. I have been fasting for at least 17 hours daily. wow, i was in real pain this week, everything in my body ached. i have eaten preaty much what i want with bread included, something that i have to change. i have lost a 1.5 lbs in a week. i took some pics and measurements, lets see how it works. i am doing legs two times a week instead of one. i changed legs for cardio.
