sigh...I wish I could bring myself to weigh myself. Been on LAWL for 1.5 weeks and havent weighed myself yet.. I didn't do take off so I'm afraid i haven't lost any!! I need to get over it seriously. I think I'll weigh tomorrow morning

It's probably best to at least weigh yourself once a week, so you know how/what you were eating and find the pattern that works best for you. It's the only way to figure your body out. Are you going to the center or doing it alone? I weigh myself in the a.m. at home, and have a few weeks left at LA; at which point I might try it on my own. Depends.........Good luck.

I'm actually trying it at home first. My mother and I are going to sign up together in a couple of weeks but I've done LAWL before so I've started on it already. yeah, I'll def. be going the 3 times a week once I sign up. I think I'll weigh myself at home tomorrow morning. Thanks for the comments!
