Ketosticks positive. Body FAt increased 40.7--interesting. Ate out twice, each time ice tea. Breakfast was chicken salad (chicken, a little 4% cottage cheese, a few almonds), lunch was a O'Neil's Grilled Chicken Salad, Dinner was a New York Strip Steak and part of a ceasar salad. One sugar free jello with whipped cream as a snack. Coffee with half and half several times. Eliptical for 65 min. Very low energy all day.
