i was going to take a picture of my mushroom and grilled veggitable dinner but I'm doing one meal a day and i was so hungry .i was told in a week or two its going to be so much more easier to handle .Now i have to go make a giant blender of non sweetened almond milk ,coconut flavouring ,erythritol and ice and drink it for the next hour or two .its my favorite time of the day 30 calories and its tastier than the frappès at McDonald's
