Oh, man I blew it. Went to the movies with my daughter, and gave in to the movie popcorn devil. I've done fantastic my entire first week, and blew it all in 90 stupid minutes. Food addiction = felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack or something similar if I didn't eat the freakin' popcorn. On top of that, I also swiped and inhaled 6 Sour Patch Kids. I'm so upset right now. I'm really hoping my stupidity and weakness didn't kill my entire Induction phase. Oh, no.
