Sometimes breakfast and lunch leave me with less calories than i would like for dinner so today i chose to add 2 cups of coconut with half a blender of ice a table spoon of erythrtol and banana or coconut flavoring and i make a giant treat . For dinner instead .its almost like iceream for breakfast and since i used unsweetend milk its 100 calories for a blender filled with heaven .
