7/12/12
bodyrock style--4 rounds 50sec on/10sec rest
1. pushup+spider knee
2. 1/2 burpee into clean and press 15lb each hand
3. crab shacks
4. 15lb over the shoulder sit ups

30 min elliptical trainer interval setting 8

7/13/12
bodyrock style--3 rounds 50/10
1. pushup twist
2. 10 mtn climbers 10 high knees
3. squat curl press with resistance band
4. 2 plank jacks crab walk 2 blank jacks--back
5. tricep dips

Delicious breakfast smoothie
1 cup canary melon
1/2 avocado
1/2 small banana
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop hemp protein
3 ice cubes
1 cup water
blended. YUM!
