I'm on day day 4 of getting back on Keto since quiting smoking .I went all the way up to 210 i lost five pounds already .i just want to be pain free and healthy feeling again.I also cry alot and I'm hungry like all the time .Im trying hard for 3 meals not too big maybe two meals a day its the not snacking that keeps me up .3 months ago i quit smoking and went crazy with carbs .30 lbs put back on of the 40 lbs i lost the first time on Keto.
