Going out of town for 3 days and afraid that I won't hold myself accountable. I'm afraid I'll eat what ever I want and I'm afraid I won't push myself while I am running. Saturday is 3x 5 minute runs. Trying to psych myself up that I can do it. Finally weighed myself, back to reality!!!
