So far today i've had a 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of raspberries (both frozen) and a Pure Protein Bar... and about 1 cup of water... SO FAR, yes i plan to drink more but i must go buy a bottle someplace because i did not bring one today.
i have a bowl of satued veggies waiting for me and i think i'll have a salad or maybe a subway sandwich for lunch...
