This is my first time using Fatsecret. I'm rather new to the SBD, as well. I'm struggling with commitment but NEED to lose weight. I'm a new mother and want to enjoy life with my daughter. Somehow I need to get myself motivated and stay motivated. I also have my 20 yr. class reunion next year and want to look good by then.
I plan to start the SBD on Monday, July 30th. I have to start somewhere...

I'm new here too (about a month) but this is the best support group you will ever find. Wonderful people here and lots of encouragement when you're up or down. Best of luck to you (and me!) that we meet our goals.
