Back on the treadmill for the first time after the 8th.. so after a 9 day gap. Major part of this was a leg injury which prevented me from getting back.
Tried my best through walks around the work complex to keep some exercises going. Diet was on and off. A couple of birthday parties, a couple of times ate outside.. through these 9 days.
Consider myself lucky to still be at more or less the same spot. Would like to finish this week on a nice note.
