As I begin to prepare my mind and home for calorie counting and portion control I have become flabbergasted by my previous calorie intake. I was so ignorant. I have also learned that not everything marketed as “low fat “ or “ diet” can be trusted. Read the labels please , read the labels and have the strength not to say “ this is my cheat day so I will have one more piece “ doing this repeatedly may cause everyday to become your cheat day .
