Loving bicycling with the breeze in my face. Even the hills are getting easier!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Oh my YES - I love biking also and use it as part of several differnt things I do for exercise - always the MOST fun!
