well i have decided this diet isn't for me, with school and a job that i am moving and on my feet the whole time i def. need carbs. my body just won't function without them. I wish all of you the best of luck and lots of success with the dieting. Cheers.

I think the south beach diet would be good for you. You can get some of their micro meals for the dorm room and it is better suited for those of you in college. Just retain some of the ideas of FF like the cranwater and flaxseed if you can. Good Luck and stay in touch so we know how your doing
