July 10, 2012 Will be working hard to get things right this week so far off to a good start...breakfast 2.5 oz of smoked sausage,& 2 c. coffee. exercise 8 min on the bike, 8 min on the eliptical and 4 min of jumping jacks, high knee, jump rope and squats w/jump. Work on a routine is the plan. maybe help me keep track which is my downfall.
