Feeling frustrated that I have been working hard to stay under my calories and I gained. Grr.

It's easy to get frustrated with weight loss or lack there of! But don't give up! Have you been working out a lot? Because maybe that gained weight is actually muscle mass. Also, try eating different foods, space out your meals to 5 small meals a day to keep your insulin levels steady. Drink more water than you have been, and remember to make sure it's ICED water. Iced water will take more calories to burn! Also, try drinking green tea (hot or iced) with a tiny bit of honey. Green tea 3-5 times a day is known to boost your metabolism. If you combined that with 8-10 glasses of iced water a day you may start losing weight!
