Woke up this morning, CRAVING carbs. I have not given in though. Prepping my chicken and roasted broccoli as we speak for later. Having a cup of coffee and trying not to think about it. Also feeling that Keto flu everyone warned me about. no bueno but at least it's Sunday so I can rest.
