Blood sugar dropped drastically today. Ate dinner at 4:30pm yesterday, then nothing until breakfast at 7am today. Blood sugar plummeted around 6:45am and it's been on a roller coaster all day. Argh. Emailed doctor and she said eat high-protein snack before bed.
