Same weight as yesterday. Working through stuff that takes my focus away from eating right and exercising. Guess if I am making a lifetime change then I need to be able to do both.
150.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
