Wt loss for the month of November: 12.4 lbs.

Had a bit of chocolate and a bite of home made pizza. I expect to lose more weight in the coming days. Non plateau time...
199.2 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
