Today is not my weight in, but decided to log any way as it is the beginning of the month. Looks like my body decided that 182.5 is the ideal weight for now. Either it is water weight or I regained remains unclear but I think it is probably combination of both. OK, thank you body for failing me this week and getting fat again. This trick won't work, I will eventually make you comply and be happy with 179.
