Good Morning everyone. Up and moving. Hopeful to see what today brings and what I can make happen. My morning started with a half cup of beans-diced tom-mushrooms and 2 oz lean ham with 1/2 slice 100% whole grain toast(no butter). I hope all of you have a wonderfully active day. Smiles.
