Thanks Draglist. I painted a porch ceiling Saturday. Sanded, spackled, trimmed and rolled it. My arms were ready to fall off by the time I finished, but it did burn some calories for 6 hours! Painted it sky blue; it looks pretty good!

I love doing things that burn calories while accomplishing a needed task! You feel good about your time and work completed. Not many can know how to work on ceilings. Impressive!

And I spent 8 hours today prepping and painting the walls, so we'll see if all that activity gets me another drop. I guess I should just work manual labor, then I'd be able to lose faster, eh!

I did wake up to another .6 drop, but I'll let it add up a bit more, before making it official. The paint job is unfinished. It's slow going - painting grooved rough surface plywood board. I don't know what it's called, but every groove needs to have the paint scrubbed into it. And the first coat is about half finished with primer. So, I should be able to lose a couple more pounds on this job! (1.8 away from Onederland- so I'm motivated!)
