No excuses. I ate, drank and was merry over the weekend. Despite the weight drop, that number could have been more but I lived this weekend. I wasn't stuffed or buzzed at any point over the weekend because it takes almost a week to correct the up sing on the scale. Took a day off from work to train for the next half marathon in October in Rhode Island. I made it count this weekend and I WILL make it count day by day, week by week, until I hit my goal.
52C, I hope your number is better than mine. I need a target to lock onto.

Glad you had a good weekend. This drop is nothing to be ashamed of; you're doing great!

Depending on your eating strategies, I feel it is sometimes good to have a weekend like that. It takes care of the cravings. So long as those little blips don't turn into habits and work themselves into your day-to-day routine again. Congrats on the drop. I'm sure you'll get back on that horse this week.

Sometimes being merry is what the doctor ordered. LOL! You are doing great, in my opinion. Keep at it.

Just stay on the straight and narrow path this week, and you might bypass that "up sing". -1.6 is a nice loss. Welcome to Monday weigh-in.

Nice Ches, still trending in the right direction...always nice to see progress without being "perfect". If you're looking to improve leg strength/endurance as well as heart & lung capacity for that 1/2 marathon, Google 10-20-30 HIIT...very doable AND effective....good luck mate, you're doing great!! Hope your week ahead is awesome!!

No reason to be upset Ches even if you ate perfectly there's no guarantee the number would have been better (And 1.6 down is a very good number for a 4 day period).

Starting this week off right. Convinced my 14 to go up Mt. Tom like I did last week with my 19 year old. We did it. Only rested 1x on the way up and ran all the way down non stop. A medium mango smoothie from MC cooked us off. Going to shower now rest up and blow away my glycogen store I refilled up over the weekend with a 5 miler tonight. I KNOW 52C opened up that can of whip a$$ on me. No worries. I hope you know, your stories inspire me and I WILL burn this fat and build my muscles.
