if you make it a lifestyle you wont need to log every thing all the time.. it will become 2nd nature . hang in there . your headed in the right direction.

Very nice drop...it seems like our efforts don't always pay off in immediate or quick rewards and it always seems like it is very easy to put weight (fat) on and twice as hard (or harder) to take it off!!
