Managed to out-exercise a bad diet. Ate nothing but Chinese food, Indian food, and chipolte Mexican grill all week on travel. Went over my normal calories every day. However, I walked several miles per day and spent 2 hours in the hotel fitness center every night but one. I ate a boatload of rice and bread too. Interesting.
