There is singing and dancing today. The scale loves me. Now I have only 1/2 pound left to goal. What a good feeling to be so close. After I reach goal, I will have to remain at that weight to make sure it isn't just a scale fluctuation. I feel like I have gave up a lot to make this happen and I don't want to spoil it by having a carb binge.
