I am on LCHF WOE and I have a ton more energy then I had b4. I feel 1000% better, Im not hungry, I sleep better.. Idk what she is doing.. but the proper diet for you can work wonders on your mood and energy levels.

Yes - you can do this without gimmicks or pills. Find a good nutrition plan and be happy.

Never tried pills but I do believe that you're more apt to solve issues with food and eating and probably eat better if you don't go there.

Energy drinks and diet pills are not a long term solution. As a lifestyle change its pretty basic, keep on track to eat less, and be more active. If you are having trouble with that working, for sure check out LCHF diet info...lots of support and success found here.

I can't afford them either, and I also get jealous when I see some of the gals at the office getting amazing results with their pills and things. However, I try to remind myself what would happen to my body if I dropped weight that fast. I still would not feel like I look good, because there would be loose skin. I remind myself slow is the way to go, so the rest of my body has the opportunity to adjust to each new size as I get there.

We have to find the right thing that is going to work for the rest of our lives....as we will always have to fight this battle....I want to be healthy and lose weight with the right food choices...Congrats on your choices!!

Pills are just placebos. Those who are successful while using them would be equally successful without them.
