193.8 lbs, I'm surprised it's not more considering last night's dinner out. Bread, twice baked potato, apple crisp, huge roasted cut of pork, salad nd wine included but it was our Valentine dinner...at a pretty ritzy place so we enjoyed it. Now back to work

Happy you had a lovely dinner!

Valentine's Day doesn't always have to = food or dinner out. Maybe next year you could spend it doing an activity, like seeing a movie, a concert or going dancing instead (actually, pocket this for ANY date night).

Was it that expensive and popular restaurant with the huge fireplace?

"Valentine's Day. . . you could spend it doing an activity. . ." Ha ha ha! I guess my mind is still stuck in another, naughtier thread. :)

Glad you enjoyed your V-Day - my dinner is coming up tomorrow and will include some wine - and yes, I intend to enjoy every minute of it! Happy Valentine's Day

Brenda, the one with two words in the name that both start with "D"? If so the answer is yes. It's my wife's favorite place and the cream of crab soup is out of this world. @Kpwcalories - hmm....that might be a good way to burn off some of those dinner calories. :) @Soonsoonsoon - Valentines is one we'll probably always do dinner out. It actually wasn't a "bad" dinner out and I pretty much didn't eat until then to compensate...for the prices there I decided to enjoy the time, make up for it later if needed. Sometimes we do go to movies. Dinner out will be the main "date" thing as we both enjoy it. The key is making good food decisions.

I'm glad you enjoyed your dinner, the extra is alright once in awhile! You don't do it everyday. Happy Valentine's Day to you and the Mrs.

It is always nice to enjoy a really special meal. Don't you appreciate it more when you're eating less?

@Jmb Yes, that restaurant. Gosh, I haven't had great she crab soup since I left Virginia Beach.

The good news is, you know how to make up for the occasional splurge, so it's not such a big deal, or cause for beating yourself up over it like we used to. :)
