It's one of those things that don't get better but is manageable. Thanks for the support. How have you all been?
Is there anything any of you could share that has been good for you. It could be anything from mindset to a different spice you used on food.
HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY!!

Licorice root tea. Helps the tummy and if you get constipated. Mushrooms and ginger root great nutrients and also helps the immune system. My WOSS suspension trainer.

Thanks Draglist, I am back on track. Have to buy a new totally sexy black suit for the start of the year so I am on a mission! Watching how surgical you are with your system really helps.
Snezica, sounds delicious and yeah Wholefoodnut, yummy. Lately I found a really good late night snack and a way to keep the digestive system going if you know what I mean. I get reduced calorie dressing; ranch or raspberry balsamic and fill something about the size of a shot glass. I have celery, cucumber, jicama, carrots or small pieces of broccoli and eat them when I want a snack. It's been good for me.
