Still in ketosis. Weight should resume dropping soon. I feel achy with a scratchy throat. Eyes are watery also. No kayaking today which was the plan. It's raining and the picnic would be a mud bath. We will wind up grilling burgers in the back yard and watch a movie instead. My mom should be here by one and at least I don't have to pack the car.
