damn, not doing any darn progress for the past two weeks.... any suggestions???
157.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

If you start logging your food we might be able to help you. I took a look and there is only part of one day in your diet calander.

Log all your food, drink water, observe salt and sugar, set you calories at a manageable place - FatSecret tends to give too high a number.
