If you are tired make sure you are getting enough vitamin D and B complex. You are doing great!! Good for you working out even if you are tired.

I agree with go ya and food nut. What about water? I have to drink 12 per day to keep my energy up (at least) and aim for half my body wt. But that's just me.
The scale is NOT an accurate measure of fat loss. I am just now figuring this out. What about your waist and hip measurements?
If you continued to feel tired it may be something more so I would get your labs drawn/MD check up. You never know.

Thanks everyone for the support! I'm drinking enough water and getting a good carb-intake. It's just my hormones keeping me tired that's all and dealing with my toddler.
