On my way down after a 10 lb gain.
ALSO: I used only one piece of bread on my normal sandwich and only one slice of cheese instead of two. That removed 200 calories (bread 100;cheese 100) for today. If I do that for the rest of the month I will have removed one pound of fat from my body without any real change to my normal diet.
Got it? Thats one pound extra a month without really changing anything. What a deal!
