Don't know what the problem is this week thought I had done so well and was expecting a loss. Feel like I am spinning my wheels.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much for the support last time I journaled, I put on 1 lbs this week so my head is up...and I am paying better attention today. My best to you. Hang in there...it slower at our age... but worthit.THanks again-J
