Last week I did just over 55,000 steps including a 10km walk on Sunday, but calories were not there yet. This week started off well, then last night I went to see some live music nearby and ended up having not just a cider, but a glass of merlot too.
Had a great time joining in a drumming session with bongos though, and there are no regrets with my choices. Had my first ice-cream for the year too before I left. Don't know why - I took the evening off work and it turned into a 'treat yo'self' kind of a vibe😊.
I've kept up quite well with 30 plant foods a week although some weeks are closer to 25, but it's still fun to track.
Calories will probably be a bit over this week, as they were last week too, but I'm getting closer to target so will post a screenshot someday when I manage it again. I'm getting there. Still setting my goal quite high to keep it achievable for now, but will aim to lower that at some point too.
This week I've not done so well with steps, but at least Google Fit is tracking again and I'll keep 50,000 as my goal for the week.
