losing too quick... I will be 41 in Jan and my skin is not bouncing back, what can I do to help prevent loose skin especially in my face?!?
166.2 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week

Limit weight loss to no more than 1 Lb a week. I did this for a year and a half and no loose skin. I’m 52.

Correction - I averaged about 1.5 lbs a week after a 15 Lb drop initially.

Oh and eat lots of veggies grains fruits. Good for your skin.

I have that set issues too. Only I'm almost 65... I use collagen powder in my coffee and it's done wonders for my hair and skin. It does take about 2 months to notice a difference but it helps. Some will never go away but exercise and diet do help as well

I can tell you, some goes, some stays, Plastic surgeons love us !!Most of my extra weight is skin, Go for it !!

extended fasting with collagen intake will do some tightening.... it worked for me when I was 80# lighter. The effects are supposedly slower for older women. I am getting to that phase.

There is a narrow window that allows for skin shrinkage back to your youthful condition —- liken the shrinkage issue to an old stretched out bra— the likelihood of it returning to its ORIGINAL shape is slim. Also, lot depends on the length of time that skin has been over stretched and your age

Thank you all for the tips. The weight loss is happening so quick this is due to a medicine I have to take.. I am try the collagen powder.. My face is what is the worst.. Drooping cheeks. It is what it is I guess 😥

weight lifting will help -it affects the muscle all over, so if you focus on abs and glutes, the hormones go all over to all muscle and tightens it up. Good luck!
