Good weekend. Focusing more on cardio than weights these days and noticing the weight dipping a little faster. I wonder if it's because my muscles are not getting puffy and sore after working out? It's been about 8 days since a serious weight training and I'm okay with that. Enjoying the lowering numbers on the scale while I experiment with my carb tolerance levels.

Yes, without the weight training you have less muscle edema.
