I am just maintaining - and good with it.
Trying to eat on healthier food choice - day by day
and I have been slipping because I seriously increased my proteins.
I pickled salmon and eating that - egg most every day - beans - lots of beans
very little beef and no pork with a bit of chicken - here and there.
I have been walking every day - most parts of the day - active.
I am taking on a huge life change moment ... I am going "vanning"
and I am considering buying a boat to anchor in a bay ...
yah - so I can row a boat back and forth - for my vegies
and maybe catch and smoke a salmon.
ALWAYS REMEMBER - the only reason that I lost 70 pounds
and got out of the unhealthy obese BMI WAS so that I could keep smoking!!!
I am sitting at Tim Hortons right now - having my two 50 cal donuts timbits
and my coffee - I already ate my fibre and I am also going to eat an apple
then I am going to call it a day - and get a good night's sleep.
It has been a very busy day!!!
