Dropped a little more than a pound at work today, but still have a lot of work to do. The pre-dinner weigh in numbers showing more accurate body fat and water numbers and boy, do I have a lot of water in me! Will squeeze some of that out as soon as I can. Basically should be 199.9 as soon as I get rid of the extra water. Amazing.
