Feeling discouraged. I've been watching my total carbs and trying not to go over 20, but I like salads and when I eat them my carbs go over. I'm tired of eggs and sausage. I had a slight drop and then blew it last weekend, but this week I've been doing good. Does it really matter if you go over your carbs by a couple or so?
