Feeling discouraged. I've been watching my total carbs and trying not to go over 20, but I like salads and when I eat them my carbs go over. I'm tired of eggs and sausage. I had a slight drop and then blew it last weekend, but this week I've been doing good. Does it really matter if you go over your carbs by a couple or so?
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just peeked at one day of your food diary, nuts and sugars from your Dunkin donut coffee and the sausage with sugars are alone 20grams.
