Still not losing a lot but not gaining either... I think I have finally figured out that weight loss is about 90% diet and 10% exercise. At least for me. Having been running regularly for 50 plus years - since Dec 1969 - my body simply takes exercise in its stride. If I don't cut back on the calories, nothing happens. At least the BF percentage is looking better, and the blood pressure (117 over 78 this morning) is fine. Not taking any medication at 69, so I consider myself really fortunate to have inherited some good genes from my mother's side of the family. January 19 is considered the day by which a lot of new year resolutioners have fallen off the wagon, so if you're still here, congratulations. We can make it...
