Weather is on the the nicer side still so lots of outdoor running and walking for me
Daughter is doing better from her Covid but it looks like she will be having some lingering fatigue. I am looking forward till I can hug her again. This week probably

I'm so glad to hear that she is doing better!l Congrats on sticking with your program - and enjoy the expansion of options. Enjoy your outside time! We've got a high of 13 today, though I did get out for a somewhat shortened walk with the doggies.

My friend’s extreme fatigue lasted ten days but it hit her much harder than everyone else in the family. Her kids were only sick a couple of days.

Liv001 be very cautious, you don’t want to catch it. Viruses are not living organisms but need a body to exist in. So make sure to wash your hands and don’t rub your eyes or mouth, a very cautious hug.😊💕

My youngest son, his wife, and two kids 4 and 1. Have been sick with omicron. I am one worried mom and grandma ! They say they are all feeling better.
